At MODEXAM, we strive to provide our customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding our stock. This Inventory Policy outlines how we manage our products across our New Jersey and Los Angeles fulfillment centers.

1. Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. We manage our inventory in real-time; however, in rare instances of high demand (specifically during new fashion drops or electronics releases), an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.

  • You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a notification when the item is back in stock.

2. Dual-Location Fulfillment

To ensure the fastest shipping, your order may be split into multiple shipments if items are stored in different locations:

  • Electronics & Administrative Hub: Hackensack, New Jersey.

  • Fashion & Bags Boutique: Los Angeles, California.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is fulfilled from both locations at no additional shipping cost to you.

3. Pre-Orders

For highly anticipated electronics or seasonal fashion collections, we may offer Pre-Orders.

  • Payment is collected at the time of the pre-order to reserve your item.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. Please note these dates are estimates and subject to manufacturer delays.

4. Backorders

If a product is marked as "Backordered," it means the item is currently out of stock but more are on the way. By purchasing a backordered item, you ensure you are first in line for the next available shipment.

5. Inventory Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure our website reflects the actual stock on hand at our Hollywood Blvd and New Jersey locations, technical errors may occur. MODEXAM reserves the right to cancel orders for items listed with incorrect stock levels or pricing errors.
