1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Final Sale: We do not have "Final Sale" items; all products are eligible for return if they meet the condition requirements.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Support@MODEXAM.Shop.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective electronic item, a damaged bag, or the wrong fashion size/color, contact us immediately at +1 (201) 805-2221 so we can evaluate the issue and correct it right away.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
