1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused (for fashion and bags).

  • In its original packaging with all tags and manuals included (especially for electronics).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Free Returns & No Fees

We want your shopping experience to be stress-free.

  • Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping for all eligible domestic returns.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Final Sale: We do not have "Final Sale" items; all products are eligible for return if they meet the condition requirements.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective electronic item, a damaged bag, or the wrong fashion size/color, contact us immediately at +1 (201) 805-2221 so we can evaluate the issue and correct it right away.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
